In short
These terms cover use of the Flintshore Financial website. The site gives general information about funding types and makes no offer of credit. Any funding agreement is between the business and a funding partner, on that partner's terms.
Information Only, Not an Offer of Credit
The site describes funding types in general terms, and worked examples use invented figures labeled as such. Nothing here is an offer of credit, an approval, or a quote of rates or terms.
Census Figures and the Worksheet
Local figures come from published U.S. Census Bureau programs and are cited with their year. The line of credit worksheet does arithmetic on the numbers a reader enters and does not predict any offer.
